Product Compliance Manager (all genders)

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor or Master in Food Technology, Food Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• min. 3 years of experience in food supplement development, quality assurance, or the manufacturing of pharmaceutical dosage forms
• A solid understanding of HACCP / GMP production processes; familiarity with formulation science and ingredient interactions is a bonus!
• Experience in analytics, product development and quality processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities; fluency in English and at least B2-level German are required; Polish is a plus
• Willingness to occasionally travel to manufacturing sites
