This is a strategic, quota-carrying role responsible for leading complex enterprise sales in EMEA. You’ll work closely with technical and business stakeholders to help industrial and digital-first enterprises modernize their data infrastructure with HiveMQ’s enterprise-grade MQTT platform. Your profile

Who are you?

The ideal candidate for this job should have most of the following:

• 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally in IoT, data infrastructure, cloud, or integration platforms
• Proven track record of managing full-cycle sales and closing high-value, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals (6- and 7-figure)
• Strong command of value-based selling frameworks such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message
• Experience selling to both technical (e.g., architects, engineers) and economic (e.g., VPs, CIOs) buyers
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
• Is fluent in German and English
