(Senior) Operations Engineer - Charging Network (f/m/x)

Your profile

• Education as engineer or very experienced technician (preferred Electrotechnical or IT background)
• Experience in operating and analyzing charging infrastructure or comparable technology/networks
• High level of knowledge concerning charging infrastructure/charging technology
• Experience in remote analysis and resolution of technical issues via remote access
• Good Level of knowledge concerning IT-Systems and communication technology,
• Very good technical analyzing skills,
• High competency in sharing knowledge,
• Strong communication skills in English
• Professional experience in escalation management & SLA-tracking
