What you will do
Your responsibilities
Together with the Brand Strategy team, you will help to further develop the international brand positioning and design of tesa ’s Consumer & Craftspeople Brand.
You will support the team in developing brand guidelines that serve as the foundation for all brand and product communication.
You will be responsible for maintaining and enriching our guidelines in the brand portal for internal colleagues and external agencies.
You will analyze market data, qualitative and quantitative studies, and category strategies, deriving actionable recommendations.
You will turn your analyses into engaging and visually compelling presentations.
You will independently manage your own projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders as well as agencies.

What you will need
Your profile
You are currently studying business administration, ideally with a
focus on marketing and communications, or are taking a gap year.
You have already gained first practical experience in
marketing.
You have a strong interest in brands, trends, and communication,
and enjoy developing a feel for what makes them relevant.
You contribute fresh and unconventional ideas, are creative, and
enjoy exploring new topics.
You enjoy working as part of a team, show commitment, and bring a
high level of self-motivation.
You quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and approach tasks
in a solution-oriented, hands-on way.
You have very good German and English skills and are confident
using MS Office applications.
You are available to join us from September 15th or October
1st for an internship of approximately six months.
