About Buena

Buena is building the technology that real estate runs on. We're making every part of real estate as seamless and transparent as possible, whether that's finding, financing, buying or managing an apartment. We do this by acquiring property managers across Germany and rebuilding them as technology companies. In under two years and with fewer than 25 people at our HQ, we've already become Germany's second-largest property manager

About the role

We're looking for a Portfolio Growth Lead (m/f/d) who will directly report to our VP Property Management. In this pivotal role, you will design the growth engine driving all of our property managers' core business revenue. In your first 90 days, you'll be hands-on across direct sales, partnerships and online marketing channels. By the end of your first 180 days, you'll have a repeatable playbook. After a year, you will generate millions in euros of topline revenue growth for our companies across Germany.

Responsibilities

Build the growth playbook from zero. There's nothing you're inheriting. You'll decide what growth experiments you run.

Full-Cycle Sales . Your role starts with generating leads and ends with turning them into signed property management contracts.

Report directly to the VP Property Management. You'll be in close exchange with our VP Property Management and C-Level.

You may be a good fit if you

Speak fluent German (C2) . Our PortCos operate locally, and our customers are German homeowners.
Are based in Berlin or willing to relocate; this is an in-office role in Prenzlauer Berg
Are up for traveling to our PortCos . We build mini-tech companies all across Germany. You should be up for spending time with the local MDs.
You've got proven sales expertise . You've brought sales for any kind of product or service from 0->1. Ideally, repeatedly.
Thrive in ambiguity : You're energized by being the first growth hire and building the playbook from scratch.

Up to €500 close-to-office bonus, if you decide to live within 10-20 mins walking distance to our office.
€110/month lunch budget, €50 fitness subsidy.
€1,200 yearly education budget.
Free books: Buena pays for any book you'd like to read.

Why you should apply now

We're high-growth with a small, tight-knit team: Within the past 3 years we have become Germany's second largest property manager with around 20 full-time employees.
We're meritocratic: Your impact gets rewarded, quickly. Our CEO has been a Junior Product Manager 3 years ago, our COO has been Chief of Staff 2 years ago.
We're personal: We work from our office in Prenzlauer Berg and place high value on knowing each other well.
